Professional counselling service available from a practice in the City of London

There are a number of different approaches to counselling. I work primarily using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), which all have a strong evidence base.

The quality of the therapeutic relationship contributes to a positive outcome in counselling, which is very important in my work.

I offer a non-judgemental approach, without discrimination on such grounds as sex, race, religion, class, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity.
